Refund Policy

At ARIVÓZ (a brand of Uipro Corporation Pvt. Ltd.), we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please read our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds for most items within 7–10 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (e.g., hygiene or personal-use items).

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools, beauty accessories).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team with your order details:

Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return process. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit/debit card company (it may take some time before the refund is posted).
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@uiprocorp.com.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may still request a return after delivery.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@uiprocorp.com.

8. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by us in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items. For all other cases, return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
